Everything was amazing! Staff was literally the most hospitable, down to earth human beings and we felt like we were home. Amazing stay there truly. The gentleman that let us in at 4:30 am was so accommodating as well as Shanna who checked us in. She made the process so smooth and reassured us we will be ok. We were in a terrible snow storm on our road trip and ended up arriving at the time we did because we could not drive faster than 40mph. But we made it and the gentleman working that evening was just so comforting. Thank you for the complimentary water and snacks because we sure were grateful to have that from that long road trip! So thank you a million for that!

The staff is awesome, specifically the front desk girls. Shana and Trish helped me big time with my booking issues and my early arrival. The overnight girl (didn't get her name) was super helpful when I lost my key. Thanks for everything girls!!!

Location was great. Room was lovely and clean. Loved the extra pillows and blanket, loved the seating area and curtain between bed and couch, loved the kitchen area and all kitchen supplies. Loved the quiet heating unit. Staff were all very patient ,friendly and helpful.

The only complaint is the pool; the chemicals in the pool were suppose to not be harsh but they ch aged the color of my daughter’s bathing suit and hurt my eyes so much like a chlorine-and I didn’t even get in the pool. It was clean and well kept but I don’t think it was saline. Other than that it was amazing!

A great place that is excellently managed with very welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower is excellent. The common areas (lobby, pool and gym) are clean and tidy and there is also a coffee/tea station for the guests' convenience. Beyond that, the location is excellent, in a nice town near many dining and shopping options etc.
