Everything was amazing! Staff was literally the most hospitable, down to earth human beings and we felt like we were home. Amazing stay there truly. The gentleman that let us in at 4:30 am was so accommodating as well as Shanna who checked us in. She made the process so smooth and reassured us we will be ok. We were in a terrible snow storm on our road trip and ended up arriving at the time we did because we could not drive faster than 40mph. But we made it and the gentleman working that evening was just so comforting. Thank you for the complimentary water and snacks because we sure were grateful to have that from that long road trip! So thank you a million for that!

The staff is awesome, specifically the front desk girls. Shana and Trish helped me big time with my booking issues and my early arrival. The overnight girl (didn't get her name) was super helpful when I lost my key. Thanks for everything girls!!!

This location is close to my daughter and has some stores nearby if you need anything. I wish there were better food options although I have heard that Texas Roadhouse is coming to the land beside this hotel.

Location was great. Room was lovely and clean. Loved the extra pillows and blanket, loved the seating area and curtain between bed and couch, loved the kitchen area and all kitchen supplies. Loved the quiet heating unit. Staff were all very patient ,friendly and helpful.

This was the first Home2 Suites we have ever been in, and because our experience was so good we have stayed in several more along the east coast. The Ephrata hotel is the best one of all in all ways. The location is also perfect because there is a beautiful little park behind the hotel, with trails, as well as a lovely neighborhood. Also, there are major stores and eateries across the street. For outdoor people, there are many places nearby to hike, walk, and canoe or kayak. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. And for us, we love that we can bring the dog. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel …clean and well maintained..safe and great area close to restaurants,stores etc…pet friendly for my lil doggie Stella ..heated pool ..great breakfast ..wonderful and accommodating staff !

A great place that is excellently managed with very welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower is excellent. The common areas (lobby, pool and gym) are clean and tidy and there is also a coffee/tea station for the guests' convenience. Beyond that, the location is excellent, in a nice town near many dining and shopping options etc.

The only complaint is the pool; the chemicals in the pool were suppose to not be harsh but they ch aged the color of my daughter’s bathing suit and hurt my eyes so much like a chlorine-and I didn’t even get in the pool. It was clean and well kept but I don’t think it was saline. Other than that it was amazing!

The parking lot is large and the building is modern! I love that it is pet friendly and they even had a little running bowl of water for pups right inside the door! The whole building smelled and appeared very clean! The staff was also amazing I called a few times and talked to Trish who was absolutely amazing to work with and so kind!

The room was handicapped accessible and had a walk-in shower which was so comfortable for me. Also employee Tabby was so helpful to us when we arrived. She was able to get our things to our room and even got a wheelchair for me to get me to my room.
